Deliveries & Returns Policy:

Delivery Time: We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but generally, shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks anywhere around Asia. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to anywhere in Asia. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping: We ship to anywhere in Asia. Please be aware that some countries may have restrictions on certain products, and it is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with their country’s import regulations. Ruby Crafts is not responsible for any items seized or destroyed by customs.

Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process for Returns & Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@rubycrafts.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you’re exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
